Day 1: Casablanca – Rabat –Asilah- Tanger- Chefchoune.
Visiting Casablanca: You will be picked up by our driver from your hotel and drive to visit Rick’s and Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca. After exploring this stunning historical monument, we will head to the Capital of Morocco.
Rabat Visit: In Rabat, we will visit the Kasbah of Oudayahs; where you can walk in the beautiful allies of the medina. Later on, you will visit the Mausoleum of Mohammed VI and the Hassan Tower: the minaret of the uncompleted mosque that were built in 1197. In the evening, we will make it to Fes or the cultural capital of Morocco.
Visit Asilah and Tanger. After having lunch in Rabat, we will drive along the coast to Asilah and have a walk in the Medina of this small, beautiful town and explore the Graffiti of Asilah. in the Rif mountains. Moreover, we will continue to Tanger to visit the Hercules Caves and cap Spartel.
Arrive to Chefchoune: In the Evening, you will make it to chefchoun, check into your hotel and relax.
Day 2: Free Day in Chfchoune.
Exploring Chefchoun: Chefchoun is known as the blue city of Morocco. It was founded in the fifteen centuries in order to host the Muslims and Jews of Spain. After breakfast, you can wonder around to Explore its beautiful blue allies and take pictures. In the afternoon, you may like to hike to the Spanish mosque to have a stunning view of the town during the sunset.
Day 3: Chafchaouen-Volubilis – Meknes – Fes
Visit Volubilis: Today, we will depart for the glorious city of the 8th century Fes. You have the chance to visit the ruins of Volubilis. It is one of the old cities of that was influenced by the existence of the Romans in north of Africa in all forms of life. A city that provided a lot of agricultural products to Rome such as olive oil, olives, vegetables, wheat, and the famous Ceder wood.
Meknes visit: later on, we will be driving to visit the 17th century capital Meknes. See its beautiful gate Bab Mansour, the granaries, and the reservoir of water Seouani. Then, we will drive to Fes, check in to your Riad.
Day 4: Fes sightseeing with local guide.
Outdoor Visit of Fes: Today, you are about to have an amazing day in Fes. After enjoying your breakfast in your Riad, you will start your tour with a local guide. You will be picked up by your driver to visit the royal palace to take some pictures in front of its golden doors and get informed about the royal palaces in Morocco. After that, you will head to have a panoramic view to the old medina and visit one of the ceramic factories to see how the Zelij and the different poetry products are made.
Exploring the Medina: Afterwards, you will head to the medina to start the walking tour to explore what the oldest part hides. Your local guide will take you in the beautiful streets and the market to see the different food, traditional clothes, jewelry, artwork, and the multiple Moroccan handcrafts in Fes.
Visit the Historical monuments in Fes: Visiting the tanneries and different historical monuments such as: the Karauine University, is something not to be missed since you are in the cultural capital of Morocco.
Day 5: Fes – Atlas mountais – Ifran – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Erg chabbi.
Early Morning Departure: In the morning, our driver will meet you in your Riad to start your journey to the desert. Your first stop in your way to Sahara will be Ifran or the Switzerland of Morocco. You will have a break to have a coffee and enjoy this beautiful town. After that, you will enjoy the beautiful landscapes while you cross the middle and the High Atlas Mountains and have stops to take pictures.
Visit the fossil museum: In the afternoon you will arrive to Erfoud where you can visit a fossil museum before you arrive to Erg chabbi.
Arrival in Merzouga: Reach the desert town of Merzouga in the late afternoon and check into your accommodation. Spend the evening relaxing and soaking in the atmosphere of this charming desert oasis.
Day 6: Explore the Sahara Desert.
Sunrise Serenity: you will wake up early to watch the sunrise lightning the golden dunes of Merzouga to take beautiful pictures. After that, go back to the camps to enjoy a Moroccan breakfast and be ready for Desert Adventure.
Visit Khamlia and Gnawa: we will stop at Khamlia village where the Gnawa; people with dark skin originally from the sub-Saharian countries live to have lunch and enjoy watching them performing their music. Later on, you will have a chance to enjoy Berber pizza in one of the local restaurants.
Visit the Nomads and the Oasis: take the offroad to visit nomads and spend some time with them to learn about their lifestyle while we enjoy a cup of tea. later on, you can have a walk in the oasis of Hassi Lbid.
Camel ride experience: Before the sunset, you will head to the dunes of Erg-chabbi to meet your camel man. You will ride the camels and climb the dunes to enjoy the most beautiful sunset ever.
Camping Experience: After the sunset, you will continue to the camps where you will be welcomed and served a Berber tea. Once you have a Moroccan dinner under the stars, you will enjoy the Berber music performed by the locals in the camps. It will be a unique place to enjoy the stars and a peaceful night.
Day 7: Erg chabbi – Rissani – Tinghir – Toudra gorges – Dades Valley.
Attend the sunrise and visit Rissani Market: In the Morning, you can wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes of Merzouga before you shower and have breakfast in the camps. After that we depart to Rissani; the origin of the Alaouit dynasty and the old economic capital of Morocco that is famous by its big local market. You will have time to explore the different parts of the market,
Visit Toudra valley and Toudra gorges: before we continue driving through different Berber towns to get to Tinghir. In Tinghir you will enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Toudra Valley before we make it to Toudra gorges. After that we will continue to Dades Valley.
Day 8: Dades Valley – Klaat Mgouna – Ouarzazat – Ait Ben haddou – Marrakech.
Drive to the Roses City: After enjoying your breakfast in Dades Valley, we will depart to Klaat Magouna or the Roses City. The city is known by its annual festival of roses as the locals there make different products from the roses. You will have a chance to visit one of the roses cooperatives there.
Visit Tourirt Kasbah and Atlas Studios: before we head to the Hollywood of Africa. In Ouarzazat, you will visit the Atlas studios and the kasbah of Taourirt. After that, you can have a rest and enjoy a Moroccan lunch in a local restaurant.
Visit Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah: Today, we head to explore the amazing architecture of the Southeast of Morocco by visiting the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou: it is an old Kasbah that goes back to the 17 century that is considered a UNESCO site; where many movies have been filmed such as Games of thrones and Gladiator.
Arrive to Marrakech: We will finish the 8th day of your trip by crossing the high Atlas Mountains to admire the beauty and the simplicity of the Berber villages.
Day 9: Marrakech Tour with Local Guide.
Explore the medina and historical monuments of Marrakech: In the morning, you will meet your guide in the Riad to visit the most interesting and historical places in the red city. You will visit the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the souk or the market in the old medina to see where the Moroccans buy their needs.
Enjoy strolling in Jemaa el-fnaa Square: And in the evening, you can have a tea in one of the coffee shops by the square to watch the sunset and enjoy the busiest square in the city that contains different kinds of food, and activities, such as Musicians, storytellers and snake charmers.
Day 10: Ourika – Berber Villages. Asni.
Scenic Drive to Atlas Mountains: Today after having your breakfast, we will travel to a beautiful and quiet place in the high Atlas Mountains. We will be driving by the Ourika valley and have stops to take pictures. Afterwards, you could set by the water to have a drink while you enjoy a beautiful view.
Lunch with a Berber Family: Later on, we will drive higher towards the Asni Valley. On our way, you will see the Berber villages and the way they construct their houses and live. One of the best moments, you can experience in Ourika day trip from Marrakech is having lunch with a Berber family. It is a place where you get to enjoy Berber home cooked lunch in the middle of the high Atlas Mountains and the quietness that you may not feel elsewhere. Day 11: Imlil – Asni – Essaouira.
After your breakfast, we will drive to Essaouira. This is the perfect trip for sea lovers. The city is famous for its beautiful Skala Fortress, the Gnaoua Music Festival, and international windsurfing competitions. Essaouira is renowned for its kitesurfing and windsurfing since the powerful trade winds blow almost constantly into the protected, waveless bay. Essaouira, once known as Mogador, has experienced the influence of many civilizations, including a Portuguese occupation that shaped much of its architecture. It is also a center of argan oil production. It has become a tourist attraction due to the tree-climbing goats unique to the region, as argan trees are the only type the goats climb. Day 12 : Essaouira- Eljadida – Casablanca.
Essaouira is known as the perfect quiet city to relax. So, after having a busy week, you may like to have the morning to walk around in the medina and relax by the beach. After having lunch, we will drive to Casablanca via Eljadida to enjoy the coast of Morocco. Overnight in Casablanca.
Day 13: Drop off at the Airport.
Today, we will take you to the Airport and say goodbye until we meet you again. Have a safe journey home.
