This trip starts early in the morning from Casablanca. After having your breakfast, our driver will pick you up from hotel and take you on a 4 days trip to Sahara. Our destination will be Midelt. Before heading there, we will have a chance to visit Hassan II mosque as it is one of the main attractions in Casablanca. Later on we continue our way to Kasbah Tadlah; where you can enjoy a good Moroccan lunch. After that you will enjoy the beautiful landscapes of middle Atlas Mountains and stop for pictures. In the evening, you will make to Midelt or the apple city. Overnight in the hotel.
Today is going to be a special day of your trip as you are going to a different and unique place in Morocco. This place is called Merzouga: It is a place where you will have a different experience such as ridding the camels, watching the sunset, ridding Quads and spending a magical night in a Berber tent and more.
So, after enjoying your breakfast in your hotel, we will head to the Sahara, our first stop will be Ziz Gorges to admire the beautiful canyons before we make it to Ziz valley: a beautiful green paradise in the middle of nowhere. Before the sunset, we will head straight to Merzouga to start the camel ride to watch the sunset. Once you arrive to the camps, you will be served a welcoming drink before you have dinner under the stars and enjoy live music played by the locals in the camps.
In the Morning, you will have breakfast in the Riad and depart to Rissani; the origin of the Alaouit dynasty and the old economic capital of Morocco that is famous by its interesting local market. You n bwill have time to explore the different parts of the market before we continue to Erfoud that is known as the fossil capital of Morocco to visit a museum where you can see the different fossils founded in that area and get some souvenirs. Later on, we will drive through different Berber towns to get to Tinghir. In Tinghir you will enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Toudra Valley and old kasbahs before we make it to Toudra Gorges. After that, we will continue to Dades Valley. Overnight in a beautiful Riad.
After enjoying your breakfast in Dades Valley, we will depart to Klaat Magouna or the Roses City. The city is known by its annual festival of roses as the locals there make different products from the roses. You will have a chance to visit one of the roses cooperatives there before we head to the Hollywood of Africa. In Ouarzazat, you will visit the Atlas studios and the kasbah of Taourirt. After that, you can have a rest and enjoy a Moroccan lunch in a local restaurant then we head to explore the amazing architecture of the Southeast of Morocco by visiting the Ksar of Ait Ben Haddou: it is an old Kasbah that goes back to the 17 century that is considered a UNESCO site; where many movies have been filmed such as Games of thrones and Gladiator. We will finish the 4 days trip from Casablanca to the Sahara by crossing the high Atlas Mountains to admire the beauty and the simplicity of the Berber villages. Check to your hotel.
